Day 8 – Yongkang Dou jiang, Holiday KTV, underground mall,  渔人码头 Fisherman’s Wharf & 情人橋 Lover Bridge & Danshui Old Street 淡水老街


We planned to eat breakfast at Fu Hang Dou jiang but when we reached, the queue was freaking long, from 2nd floor all the way to 1st floor.  Then I saw a Yongkang dou jiang nearby, just across the street. So we went there to eat instead. It was packed inside so we take away and went somewhere else to eat instead. Bought soya milk, ham egg roll, cheese egg roll and xiao long bao all for NT$150. The food was not bad actually. 





After that we went Holiday KTV, the Taipei main station outlet. It opens at 10am. It’s NT$262 for 5hrs but we got the student price so 5hrs of singing and free flow of buffet for NT$400. The room is considered big and has a personal toilet so it’s totally worth it. 






By the time we sang finish it was still early so we went to the underground mall at Zhongxiao Dun hua. East Metro Mall- It’s actually linked from Station Zhongxiao Dunhua (忠孝敦化站) to Station Zhongxiao Fuxing (忠孝复兴站). I saw shoes that I really want but don’t have my size, damn sad sia. If you’re planning to buy shoes, buy from underground mall, I bought most of my shoes from the underground mall at Taipei main station.

After that, we proceed  to 渔人码头 Fisherman’s Wharf. To get to there, just take the mrt all the way to  Danshui (淡水) then take bus R26 and alight at the last stop. There is a stretch of shops and links all the way to & 情人橋 Lover Bridge. We took Bus R26 back to danshui. The Danshui Old Street 淡水老街 is just behind the train station. We already ate at 渔人码头 so we were too full to try the food at Danshui Old Street.
